The 2023 North Bend Yardwaste Recycling program begins March 25th. The annual recycling program is open to North Bend residents and property owners on select Saturdays, from March through October, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the North Bend Public Works building, located at 1155 E North Bend Way.
Accepted yard waste items include:
- grass clippings
- leaves
- weeds
- branches (limbs up to 3 inches in diameter and up to 3 feet long)
The program cannot accept:
- large branches
- sod
- dirt
- rocks
- concrete
- asphalt
- wood, such as stumps
- trash
- construction debris
- manure
- plastic bags
2023 Yardwaste Recycling Program dates are as follows:

- May 20
- June 3
- June 17
- July 15
- August 19
- September 16
- October 14
The City’s Yardwaste Recycling Program is funded by the King County Waste Reduction and Recycling Program. Curbside yard waste collection is also included in Republic Services’ solid waste and recycling services.
