[ARCHIVED] Mayor Miller delivers State of the City at March 19 City Council meeting

2024 State of the City

Mayor Mary Miller delivered her first State of the City at the March 19 North Bend City Council meeting, where she highlighted upcoming projects and events that are anticipated to move forward this year.

In her address, she spoke of her and the Council’s focus on improving transportation, bolstering infrastructure resilience, fostering inclusive community development, expanding green spaces, addressing housing affordability challenges, and ensuring public safety for all residents.

“Thank you to our Council, thank you to our staff, and thank you to our residents for your support,” she said. “As we navigate the opportunities and challenges of 2024, let us remember that our greatest strength lies in our unity. By working together, we will thrive as the vibrant, resilient, highly livable community that we are.”

Mayor Miller will also speak at the April 24 SnoValley Chamber of Commerce State of the Cities, alongside Snoqualmie Mayor Catherine Ross. Visit www.snovalley.org for information on this event.
