Located 30 miles from downtown Seattle, North Bend has experienced significant residential growth in recent years. In addition, North Bend’s unbeatable access to the outdoors, proximity to international ports and property available for development make it a peak destination to relocate, grow, or establish a business.

NORTH BEND’S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM WORKS TO INCREASE INVESTMENT AND SUSTAIN PROSPERITY IN THE COMMUNITY.  

We strive to create a healthy and dynamic economic ecosystem – one that develops and retains business and job opportunities and attracts spending in the community – and provide excellent customer service to businesses interested in growing, relocating, or starting a business in North Bend.  

WE DO THIS BY:

  • Collecting, tracking, and sharing important data with stakeholders 
  • Promoting North Bend as a great place to live, work, and play   
  • Working directly with the local business community to address pressing issues
  • Partnering with economic development agencies and organizations at the local, regional, state, and federal levels to bring resources to North Bend

North Bend is currently working on an Economic Development Action Plan that will chart the course for economic development initiatives in the coming years. The plan will include strategic objectives, updating key performance metrics to measure success and an action plan for implementing priority initiatives. Check back for more information soon.
