This award was given to the City of North Bend in recognition for the adoption of Form-Based Code within the Downtown Commercial zone. North Bend's job market has increased by 2.6% over the past year due to the influx of urban growth from Bellevue and Seattle. This increased residential and tourism interest provides a prime opportunity for commercial development.

SVT provides transportation in North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Preston, Carnation, and Duvall. Services are available Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Call 425-888-7001 to schedule ride.
