Submittal Requirements & Forms

You can submit your Building Permit Application and all supporting materials to the City’s Permit Technician Tom Meagher at tmeagher@northbendwa.gov. He will confirm receipt of your Application.

Applicants interested in the City of North Bend's "Registered Plan Program" shall read the Registered Plan Program Document (PDF) to fully understand the requirements. This program will allow developers to register certain plans they intend to construct on multiple lots to allow for a quicker Building Permit turn around time.

The following required checklists and forms are helpful depending on the type of project. Applicants must review the submittal checklist requirements before proceeding to the Forms and Application Center.
