The Finance Department is responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial transactions of the city. Other responsibilities of the Finance Department include:

• Annual Financial Reports
• Bond issuance and redemption
• Budget preparation and administration
• Business licensing
• Business and occupation tax collection
• Central cashiering
• Fiscal forecasting and strategic financial planning
• Garbage and Recycling Contract
• Internal auditing
• Investment and cash management
• Payroll and financial personnel records
• Utility billing and collection
• Utility bill assistance
