Utilities Element Overview
The Utilities Element of the North Bend Comprehensive Plan provides a general inventory of utility services provided by franchise utilities within the City, including solid waste and recycling service, electricity, natural gas, and telecommunications (phone, cable, and internet). The Element provides policies regarding the City’s coordination with these franchise utility providers to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of these services to City residents.
