Title VI Program

Title VI prohibits discrimination based on race, color or national origin (including people with Limited English Proficiency) in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.

If you believe that you have been discriminated against because of your race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), by City of North Bend programs or activities, you have the right to file a formal complaint with the City within 180 days of the alleged incident. See the North Bend Complaint Procedures for instructions and details on the process of filing a complaint. Please fill out the complaint form with a signature and send via email, mail, fax or drop off in person. If a person is unable to fill out the form, the Title VI Coordinator is able to assist with verbal complaints.

The City of North Bend hereby gives public notice that it is the policy of the agency to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
